Changes Since Elected in 2018

· Completely changed the culture of Board Meetings to be respectful of the community

· Consistently opposed proposed merger with Scotts Valley Water District

· Disposed of conflict-of-interest lawsuit involving a former Director and led changes

to Board policy avoid a future repeat

· Encouraged our community to think of themselves as Co-Owners of the District


Working for a Better Future Beyond 2022

· Will continue to oppose a merger with Scotts Valley Water District should it come back —as some want it to

· Support consolidation with Bracken Brae, Forest Springs and Big Basin Water with accompanying infrastructure improvements at no cost to the SLVWD community

· Continue to advocate for longer multi-year budgets and planning, with fiscal restraint in the face of any proposed rate increases—to support your informed vote
