Changes Since Elected in 2018
· Completely changed the culture of Board Meetings to be respectful of the community
· Consistently opposed proposed merger with Scotts Valley Water District
· Disposed of conflict-of-interest lawsuit involving a former Director and led changes
to Board policy avoid a future repeat
· Encouraged our community to think of themselves as Co-Owners of the District
Working for a Better Future Beyond 2022
· Will continue to oppose a merger with Scotts Valley Water District should it come back —as some want it to
· Support consolidation with Bracken Brae, Forest Springs and Big Basin Water with accompanying infrastructure improvements at no cost to the SLVWD community
· Continue to advocate for longer multi-year budgets and planning, with fiscal restraint in the face of any proposed rate increases—to support your informed vote
